Draft Scope of Work for RFP

As part of the Livable Centers small-area planning program at DRCOG, Max led procurement to solicit proposals and select a consultant to perform an in-depth evaluation of existing and future housing needs, land use patterns, and housing type diversity in key transit-oriented areas of Arvada, with the aim of growing the supply of housing within the city along RTD's G-line and key bus lines.

Max has helped to serve the City of Arvada by:
- Helping to draft a request for proposals (RFP), leading procurement and contracting, and managing contract administration and execution.
- Leading project management, ensuring project activities, deliverables and outcomes align with the contract scope of work.
- Providing technical urban planning expertise and guidance.

The project will produce:
- An inclusive, community-driven plan to grow housing supply in Arvada along the G-line commuter rail and key bus lines.
- An economic feasibility study to ensure recommendations are based on market conditions and economic realities.
- Data and recommendations that support the City's broader housing and economic development goals, including affordable housing, displacement mitigation and sustainable growth.
